After watching Kiss the Ground, directed by Josh and Rebecca Tickell, and truly understanding a legitimate way that our planet could heal from climate change, I find myself feeling exceedingly hopeful.

I know what you may be thinking – a climate change documentary can leave you feeling hopeful? I assure you, this one will. Regenerative agriculture seems like such a dependable and unproblematic way to drastically decrease carbon levels in the atmosphere, the more I heard it discussed in the film the more I wanted to shout the same message from the rooftops to anyone who would listen.

Filled to the brim with experts, scientists, activists, and personal stories from farmers and ranchers, the film is easy to follow and engaging through the very end. It takes you around the world, incorporating beautiful nature shots and addressing the topics from countless different perspectives, but it also shows you what you can do to actually make a difference right here at home.
