Review of Dreams (1990) by Myriam K — 19 Dec 2011
Akira Kurosawa in my eyes is the Master of them all. Probably up there you find Stanley Kubrick, and then come the Scorceses, Eastwoods and Spielbergs of the world. And I think it so for the originality of their stories and their vision and how well their characters bring so much to the film.
Dreams is an explosion of creativity and imagination told in a few short stories that make it more dynamic. Granted a couple of them are slow and a bit weird, but some of them are just mind blowing.
