I agree with another rating I saw "good, but not Kirosawa good. But I'd change it to "Absolutely Amazing, but not Kirosawa Absolutely Amazing. None of this newer movies can stand up to his old Seven Samurai Toshiro Mifune films, but this was one of the final films of his life.

I think of it as a tribute to the great man himself and his beautiful mind. (and though George lucas has a part in producing this film.... unfortunately its apparent that nothing rubbed off from Kurosawa onto himself.

..... Seriously George..... you should be ashamed......).
