Review of Double Indemnity (1944) by Douglas E — 11 Apr 2009
Very good film about lust, greed, deceit, and impulse. Stanwyck played a great "player" while McMurray played a clever charmer. Good story for its time, dialogue of the film was just amazing and the end was unpredictable.
Shows the lengths that many humans will go on an impulse like for a beautiful woman and realizing that it was never worth it and she was using you. Damn, thats pretty accurate to real life itself!
