Average movie. Joey Wang is really very beautiful. Joey Wang escape to HK to find her aunt. The middle man try to rape her and she hurt him and run away. Lui Fong is a lazy bum cop who is lucky to be in the force since his nephew Paul Chun is a big shot.

He partner another lousy cop Chow Yun-Fat. Going on a case, duo stakeout in supermarket. Joey steal things and Lui go after her. The target appear and Chow chase him. Lui drag Joey along and cuff her to a railing.

The target escape in a car and injure Joey. They have to make it small matter if not they will be in trouble. Chow act as her husband. Joey know there's no escape and act memory loss. Chow can't throw her alone so bring her home.

Morning she left to find her aunt but she is in no good state either. Joey go back and saw Chow's mum. She thought Joey is his girlfriend. Chow bring his real girlfriend home mayhem. The girlfriend left.

Mum prefer Joey much more. Chow expose Joey by wanting to make love with her. She admit she is stowaway. Chow want her to leave when he return home. He is injured while catching the target. Joey is about to leave and mum want her to stay.

She saw her letter and Chow let her stay. Joey still left and work as dishwasher. When it is paytime the workers said immigration officer is coming and she left. They cheat her salary. Chow recover and found her.

Joey is born in HK so she need to find document proof. He bring her to buy new clothes and the girlfriend happens to be there. She slap and insult Joey. Chow want to arrest her and make her apologise.

She call his home and Joey reveal everything. She wanted to leave but Chow make her stay. They grow fond of each other more. The baddie found Joey and take her away. He demand money from Chow. Lui follow him to his home and inform Chow.

The baddie tattoo a snake at Joey back and rape her. Duo arrive and he run away. Joey snatch Lui gun and go after the baddie. He run to a pub and Chow got shot by him. Joey take his gun and kill the baddie.

The letter came and she can get her birth cert.
