Review of X-Men: Apocalypse (2016) by Maga_Man — 02 Jun 2016
Generic rubbery monster wants to take over the world, and only a group of angsty Halloween-costumed teenagers can stop him. Hard to believe anyone could actually consider this a good movie, beyond giving them an excuse to sit in air conditioned darkness for a couple hours.
Just completely bland and uninvolving, with way too many characters, implausible motivations, uninspired action, and ultimately no point at all. Please put this series out of its misery.
