Awful. Fucking Awful. A awful script, symbolism that bashes you over the head and a ludicrous amount of zooms for no fucking reason. This movie was so fucking awful. I've loved every Fuller movie I've seen until this pile of awful shit. The number of things that made this movie both insanely awful and wonderfully hilarious can not be written down in the amount of time I have.
Awful. Only a MST3K version should be released. Why the fuck is this piece of shit on Criterion? Also, all the self referential Hollywood bullshit made me feel like Fuller was screaming " PLEASE REMEMBER ME!!!". I'm not a Star Wars fan, but what the fuck was with all the bashing? Who gives a fuck. Focus on your dog movie please.
