Review of When the Wind Blows (1986) by Trevor L — 08 Nov 2008
A haunting little movie about Nuclear holocausts in the face of the people. There are no other people in this movie but this couple; they are not geniuses, they are not cynics, they are not superhuman.
This is to reinforce that they can be anyone, we are this couple essentially. Also, it combines both traditional animation and real-world backgrounds. A great movie but also quite a downer, so be warned by the realistic depiction of nuclear contamination.
