Review of When the Wind Blows (1986) by Eric On His Fantasy Quest V — 23 Jun 2009
Utterly extraordinary. I grew up with the book but only saw this recently. The source material is such that the film can't fail but the soundtrack, animation and voice acting allow for a very emotive experience.
It's up there with "Grave of the Fireflies".
