It takes everything great and interesting about Twin Peaks - psychological aspect of a hero, weird, sometimes barely comprehensible scenes and visuals, moments of true horror - and packs them into a nice, though somewhat depressing package.
And the first 20 minutes are bizarrely out of place, just like they should be in Twin Peaks.
