I loved the Tv series and couldn?t wait for this prequel.
On release I wasn?t disappointed but was not expecting the film to be as dark as it was.
Years later I would watch the film again (prior to the 3rd season) and I was astonished at how good the movie actually was. It appeared to have got better with age and was riveting from start to finish.
Sheryl Lee putting in the performance of a lifetime.
