Review of Touch and Go (1991) by Movie K — 26 Feb 2014

Lack of action and fighting. Movie pace is quite slow. Vincent Wan is a cop who uncover sex scandal photos involving many top officials. Tommy Wong kills a cop who handed the photos over. Sammo Hung witness the murder and escaped.

Vincent find Sammo at home and bring to station. Along the way, Tommy try to kill them. His car crash and is caught. But soon Tommy is release on bail. Teresa Mo is a reporter and want to interview Sammo.

He receive phone call threat of death. Immediately someone throw molotov cocktail burn his house. Teresa is Vincent sister, they ask Sammo live at their home. The baddie invite VIP to choose escort and film them have sex.

Irene Wan is illegal immigrant, girlfriend of Tommy. Vincent beat Tommy and Sammo don't dare to beat him but apologize to him and want the matter rest in peace. Sammo ask Teresa to pretend as his girlfriend to visit his mum.

Another colleague of Vincent is beaten up. Tommy ambush him in a trap. Sammo and Vincent is tie to a car and shock them. Irene can't take his behavior and beat his leg and shot a thug. Vincent drive the car and save Irene.

She is "save" by Tommy from refusing to become a whore. Sammo thought Teresa like him. They go inspect the villa that's use for the escort service. Sammo ask the whores to go but all are happy and don't wanna leave.

The baddies are alerted of their presence. Mastermind of the whole thing is the lawyer that bail Tommy out. Vincent got the photos and escape. His superior is one of the sex scandal victim. Vincent confront him.

Tommy and gang attack Teresa home and capture her, he also cut Irene face. The superior demand the lawyer to release Teresa. Sammo and Vincent go meet the lawyer for showdown. The baddies kill the superior.

Sammo fight Tommy and knock him out. He shot dead the lawyer and save Teresa. Irene send back to China and want to see Vincent again. He tell Sammo to console Teresa as her boyfriend ask to break up.
