Review of The Wolf Man (1941) by Kestutis K — 05 Oct 2010
Easily the single most influential werewolf movie ever made. Lon Chaney Jr. at the top of his game, excellent visuals, Claude Raines, Bela Lugosi (briefly), outstanding makeup by Jack Pierce and a tight script by Curt Siodmak come together into a brilliantly realized film with elements of Greek tragedy.
Essential horror viewing.
