Review of The Wedding Singer (1998) by Joseph G — 15 Jun 2010
The Wedding Singer is the story of a singer and a waitress who are engaged to the wrong people. The singer's bride doesn't show up at the wedding and the waitress's groom cheats on her constantly.
The two soon fall in love with each other. Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore make a delightfully charming couple. Both are funny and very likable in their roles. This is a sweet romantic comedy that will bring you back to the 80's.
The soundtrack is full of great 80's music. You'll be singing along. The ending of the film is sweet and touching and features 80's rocker Billy Idol. This is a very entertaining film that I recommend you see.
You'll enjoy it.
