Review of The Sacrifice (1986) by Willy W — 08 Feb 2015
Good film. very strange. difficult to interpret. I found myself getting lost between thinking about what something might mean and then getting involved with a scene. the cinematography is beautiful, reminding me of Bergman (it's in Swedish).
perhaps it's a parable. themes of death and fear of death, faith, and courage.
