The tale an exhausted rock star who struggles with the constant pressures and the on going demands of her career as she turns to drugs, alcohol and a lover to try and cope with her hectic life. the film has been rumored to have been based loosely on the life of legendary rocker, Janis Joplin.
Good story, with a powerful performance by Bette Midler. my favorite of hers to date. much love for the Divine Miss M. ♥.
