As a drug movie it fails. Which is fine, it never really wanted to be one.
As a crime movie it's pretty terrible. Ice Harvest terrible.
As a independent flick it's mediocre.
As a flashy picture, it's just annoying (this coming from a guy who liked 3000 Miles to Graceland).
The structure breaking is boring.
And the message is Lifetime quality, not even Oprah quality.
