Review of The Rage in Placid Lake (2003) by Sooty M — 26 Jun 2008
Sheer fun, and unusually for an Australian film, a good script. Ben Lee is perfectly cast as the dorky son of ageing hippies who just wants to be normal. Rose Byrne complements him perfectly as the girl next door who's carried a torch for him since childhood.
Unfortunately I haven't seen the end but I'm looking forward to seeing it.
