American Graffiti was not only a good movie, it was a great movie. More American Graffiti is not only a bad movie, it is a terrible movie. The existential transformations that are at the heart of American Graffiti are replaced by the soulless narrative of futures that are profane and witless.
The only thing more stupid than this film would be an American Graffiti Funeral, in which the surviving original cast finds themselves reunited in a nursing home. reunited m a nursing home.
