Review of The Phantom of the Opera (1925) by Jordan S — 05 Jul 2007
Beautiful classic story of the phantom (Eric) and the up and coming opera singer Christine. We all know the plot, but his film has much more to offer than the modern Phantoms. It's silent, black and white, but much more tactfully directed, it's serene, tranquil, and purely interesting to watch.
That is, if you've ever sat through a full length silent motion picture.
