Review of The Long Goodbye (1973) by Ryan S — 04 Jul 2007
Elliot Gould is great as the anti-Humphrey Bogart Philip Marlowe in Altman's off-kilter crime film. The camera never stops moving in this film, and neither did my interest. A unique film that dares to be different, this is certainly up there on the list of great Altman films.
