Review of The Long Goodbye (1973) by Zachary N — 18 Sep 2013
Unlike most noirs, this one need not have a completely sensible plot; what's left is a Big Lebowski-inspired character battle of personal philosophy vs. the world's encroaching corrupting venom.
This movie's cool and sturdy protag is because he'll never give in.
