Lacks something, certainly. It is clearly Eastwood who carries this film. Worth it for Dirty Harry alone. Just feels a bit of let down at times and the music in certain scenes a tad cheesy I hate to say it.
But worth a watch purely as a Eastwood/Dirty Harry vehicle.
