Wonderfully photographed in crisp black & white, brilliantly performed by Anthony Hopkins & John Hurt and featuring David Lynch's unique style of film-making, The Elephant Man is a bizarre, shocking yet truly heartbreaking story about a heavily disfigured 'man', told with great sensitivity.
