Review of The Double Life of Véronique (1991) by Natasha S — 12 Sep 2007
In my opinion, this ranks alongside Kieslowski's Red as one of the most beatifully imagined films of the last twenty five years. Irene Jacob is beautiful and a joy to watch. Preisner's score is extraordinary.
A most engaging, complex and thought-provoking film.
