I've wanted to see this movie since I saw the trailer for it on the After-Dark Horrorfest 2007 website, and while it did not disappoint, it left me feeling like it could've been taken in a better direction.
Solid premise, very good start but it unfortunately limps to the finish line after it's revealed as to why this is happening to Ian. Mike Vogel puts out another good performance in the lead role, even if the script he's given becomes mind-numbingly cliche during the finale.
The creature design and CGI is excellent for an independent movie, though one of the creatures presented in the finale looks absolutely goofy with long flowing wannabe Dave Mustaine hair. Overall a solid movie that while entertaining, possibly could have been more.
