Very dark and harrowing. About the death of an ordinary man in real time. If you like Mike Leigh you will like this film a lot - it's shot like a documentary and the characters are very sensitively built.
I also like the exploration of the sometimes unintentional hierarchy in the health service. Set in Romania - also very real in its observation - reminds me of Estonia which is the nearest I've been.
