Review of The Age of Innocence (1993) by Calvin C — 04 Feb 2014
Very un-Martin Scorsese, though many of his signature shots are in here. It's a very beautiful film to look at with great narration and good acting. The story is a little bland for the talent on screen and it never goes to that next level. Still, it is a good period piece and Daniel Day-Lewis never disappoints.
