Review of Spartacus (1960) by Westley M — 09 Jan 2012
I don't expect anyone from this new generation to like this film at all. It's certainly too good for them. Perhaps I'm arrogant, or ignorant, or both. One thing particularly interesting about this film is its lighting, which seems to be oddly natural.
Probably Kubrick's doing.
