The visual FXs were very good to great. There was always a sense of dread and rot. It felt more like a 'Marilyn Manson' video meets a 'Hellraiser' movie. There wasn't so much of the gore and slasher stuff as it was always more of a great sense of danger.
I felt parts of the movie were weak and a little hard to follow at times, but overall the movie wasn't bad. I think they could have spend a little more time explaining the beginning and the ending.
