Silent hill, It's the film where the plot is scarier than the movie itself. The cgi fell a little short and it all looked like a ps2/3 game. Especially when there is a lot of gore, that is really hard to fake with cgi and just made me laugh rather than be scared! Also there is no reason the movie had to be 2 hours long, it could have been wrapped up in 1 h 30 min,.

In the end, if you liked the game then you are probably going to like the movie, if you haven't played the game or didn't like it, then the movie is meh, it really needs your imagination to help with the movie, it isn't naturally that terrifying.
