Direct-to-video fare that almost delivers.
It presents a more subtle but familiar vision of vampires.
It's almost like '30 Days of Night' but without the Alaskan setting.
The big con here is that the shaky cam gets enormously nauseating.
If you're willing to make it past that and forget the characters that don't make it that much longer than the 2 remaining then this is fairly disposable.
Nice gore, fast-paced, gritty, and clever makeup effects.
