Review of On Her Majesty's Secret Service (1969) by Senor C — 30 Jul 2011

This is probably my least favorite 007 movie. It isn't the lowest rated but George Lazenby just doesn't do it for me as Bond. I was completely uninvolved. Give me Sean Connery any day. Even though Lazenby is a boring Bond there are a couple of saving graces to On Her Majesty's Secret service.

There's a couple of decent chase sequence that this series if famous for & for a brief few moments you get what you actually came for but on the most part it just doesn't deliver. That's really too bad because you do get a pretty decent villain in Telly Savalas who is really is this films saving grace.

Really for completist of the series. Thank God Lazenby was only in one outing & Connery made a return.
