Review of Noah (2013) by Johnny K — 04 Apr 2015
One of the most divisive films of 2014, Noah is a flawed but unique experience, and one must give Aronofsky credit for his boldness. While yes, the film certainly did deviate more than it needed to, but I feel that since the story of Noah is but only a couple chapters, and something had to happen.
The movie was well acted, had some solid visual caliber, and did have some good faith-centric moments that are willing to challenge its target audience. I recommend this for the open minded religious people.
Verdict: B+.
