Review of Me and Earl and the Dying Girl (2015) by Johnny K — 07 Dec 2015

Thanks to its memorable screenplay that can deftly mesh humor with an otherwise melancholy drama, solid performances from its young cast, and a technical style that sets it apart from YA coming of age adaptations, Me and Earl and the Dying Girl manages to dramatically satisfy despite some plot problems here and there.

Verdict: B+.
