Visually striking and clean; the story might be thin and won't appeal a mass crowd, but thanks to a strong performance by Michael Shannon and the rest of the cast, "Midnight Special" delivers a sense of adventure and curiosity that will keep us engaged until the very end.
The musical score is definitely worth a price of admission.
