A few good ideas but other than that a very long, very dull, patronising pile of tosh. See the idea is that children watching violent films will become so desensitised to violence that they become violent themselves.

Yawn...what is this? Daily Mail film-making? No but you see, the film that you're actually watching is itself violent so perhaps you need to turn your gaze inwards...wow, like how ironic. Apart from one excellent scene where Benny's parents dispasionately and cooly decide what to do next, it's all so obvious.

..and all so boring.
