Not just a common film... A historical documentary about Salvador Aliente and the political situation in Chile in '70s...
Through the film you realize the social differences between rich and poor people... even in Chile where Aliente was trying to do something good... It shows more or less Aliente's mistakes that led to the dictatorship of Pinocet...
Great direction, with some very good shots, nice music...
If you are interested in history, you have to see this...
