This film really captures The Beach Boys story. The acting in this picture is excellent, particularly Paul Dano's performance as Brian Wilson. I was mesmerised by the talent of the cast, and the way they effortlessly sing classic Beach Boys numbers in many scenes. Kudos to the Director for creatively taking the audience into the perspective of Brian Wilson...the genius behind this legendary band.
Unlike many movies depicting musical history, Love & Mercy actually provides an authentic cinematic experience of this era, which left me with a new found obsession for The Beach Boys.
