Review of Limelight (1952) by Adam W — 02 Mar 2008
Chaplin, why, WHY. Chaplin is hands down one of the greatest comedians of all time, and thats why he shouldn't do drama's. This movie is literally marinated in sentimantality. The scene with Keaton could have been amazing, if Chaplin hadn't cut out all of Keatons funny bits.
