Review of Limelight (1952) by Noah F — 23 Mar 2011
One of Chaplin's greatest works, sitting comfortably besides his early silent masterpieces. A film anchored in humanism and hope like most of Chaplin's movies but also tinged with despair and melancholy.
It is a shame this film is not more known.
