Review of Kiss the Ground (2020) by Natalie1809 — 02 Jun 2023
Navigating through the jungle of topics regarding environmental conservation can be overwhelming; "Kiss the Ground" is a great starting point. This documentary, directed by seasoned nature documentarians Josh and Rebecca Tickell, takes one through an intellectual journey regarding the one thing most people seem to overlook: soil.
In this film, the ground and its importance in our ecosystem are redefined. Before my viewing, I did not see the relevance of educating myself on climate change solutions. However, I have walked away from this gem of a documentary with a greater appreciation and understanding of soil regeneration.
Along with this, I no longer fear the future of our planet as this film builds hope for a better tomorrow. So, to those who are recently joining in on the discussion of climate change, I urge you to watch this documentary.
