Review of Kidulthood (2006) by Cameron B — 16 Jun 2008
This film hasn't received anything like the acclaim it deserves. It's a refreshingly realistic take on life on inner city London. With less of the tiresome hollywood shine and more startlingly realistic dialogue and some superb acting, it's perhaps deserving of city of god comparisons.
The soundtrack ranks among the best of all time and sets the mood of the film perfectly.
