Review of Ikiru (1952) by David L — 29 Dec 2013
Powerfully acted, emotional and with strong message, Ikiru is a very poignant film, a Japanese classic and one film that everyone should see at some point. Although the third act feels too long, that is probably the only flaw one could find in this film which is really strengthened by its enormously beautiful and poignant quotes which are truly revealing and thought-provoking.
Ikiru is a must see masterpiece.
