Review of Gettysburg (1993) by Dutch V — 16 Aug 2009

I am a huge fan of the book "The Killer Angels" and this is a spot on adaptation of that. Which in return gives a great look at the battle of Gettysburg. I enjoy this movie because like the book it gives you both sides of the war both on a personal level and on a strategic level.

This movie is very, very long and that doesn't bother me. If you haven't seen this and you are a fan of war movies or a fan of history you should check this out. Make sure you watch it on a day where you have nothing to do though because this will take away the majority of your day.
