Review of Gaslight (1944) by Nick G — 29 Jun 2009
The actual murder mystery part is very predictable as is what is behind Paula's "incidents," but the film itself is suspenseful. The acting by Ingrid Bergman is top-notch and very believable.
I especially liked the cunning and clever final speech delivered towards Greg by Paula. The climax is very suspenseful.
