Review of Eyeborgs (2009) by Matthew L — 14 Aug 2010
Eyeborgs influences are painfully obvious, with everything from the writings of Philip K. Dick to the Terminator franchise all but name checked during the film. The sad thing is that this doesn't rise above its B-movie roots which is a shame as the premise is fantastic, its just a shame that the idea is not fully rounded.
The films biggest let down is that it appears to be missing the final 20 minutes, its taken an hour and a half for everything to be revealed to the cast and then it just stops. Whether this is for a potential sequel remains to be seen but at present it just feels like an idea thats just not been fully rounded.
