Review of Dreams (1990) by James P — 10 Jan 2008
Brought tears to my eyes, especially the segment about the death of old Japan (with it's traditional ways and imperialism, embodied by the cherry blossoms and such, etc.) as supplanted by the technological democracy of today.
Overall, the aesthetics are moving, yet strangely alien. Wonderful.
