Life is a cabaret, old chum!Music and performances are great in this Bob Fosse musical, and Minelli is pure energy when she's on stage, but Cabaret is so much more!This club located in Berlin in the 1930's serves as a mirror reflecting reality in a simplified and somewhat distorted manner, of an outside world hedonistic and decadent, while oblivious and complacent of the dangers that are threatening their very existence.
