Review of Blow-Up (1966) by Abra C — 31 May 2008
One of the few genuinely perfect films ever made.
Hemmings drifts through Antonioni's inimitable vista of the psyche with a strangely compelling anonymity.
The meandering "plot" and whimsical mis en scene may infuriate some, but to the rest of us this is a visual and mental treasure trove of experience like no other.
This review of Blow-Up (1966) was written by Abra C on 31 May 2008.
